1. Introductory Health Session

We review your health status and goals to see how nutritional therapy can help you reach optimal health. This
20-minute complimentary conversation is designed to see if we’re a good fit and discover the best way to begin or advance your health journey.

2. Personal Nutritional Assessment

After completing initial intake questionnaire, a signs/symptoms survey, and 5-day food log, we meet via Zoom for 90 minutes to review, medical history, current medications and supplements, and lifestyle patterns. You gain clarity about:

  • current burdens on major body systems,

  • priorities to address, and

  • ways to nourish your body, address its unique needs, within your lifestyle preferences.

A written recommendation details the options you can implement immediately. This is a great way to assess your progress to date, and advance your health and wellness journey.

3. Custom, Evidence-Based Healing Program

You gain science-backed insights and step-by-step guidance to restore your body’s balance, energy and vitality. My customized nutritional therapy protocols are at least 3 to 6 months and include:

  • Leading edge lab testing to reveal suboptimal function and root causes of disruption.

  • 12-week food and nutrient protocols to repair dysfunction.

  • Follow-up lab testing to ensure optimal function is restored.

  • Coaching for the duration, usually up to 6 months, to remove obstacles, evolve your relationship with food and your body, and optimize results.

The number, type, and timing of tests depends on your unique body and nutritional assessment. The length of protocols allows the body to heal while you integrate and practice new healthy habits so optimal health can be maintained afterwards.

During the protocol we meet by phone or Zoom at regular intervals to avoid pitfalls, plan for special events (travel, holidays, parties, etc.), adjust your protocol as needed, and refresh motivation. You’ll gain perspective on the stages of change as well as resources to support you along the way.
