Strategic Marketing Writer:
Words that Move People to Act
Marketing writing for healthcare enterprises and associations, so members, patients, and donors keep flowing toward your mission.
Any voice, never generic.
AI can generate endless content. It can't understand the human on the other end: what they fear, what they want, what will move them.
That's what I write: words that resonate and motivate.
"Michelle helped me level up my business with a beautiful, functional website that feels like me and attracts the clients I hoped for."
Cynthia Price, C-IAYT, ERYT-500
“Michelle didn't just deliver communications.
She delivered organizational alignment,
which is much harder."
Carol King, Former Marketing Manager, ANCC

your audience jumps in…
to join, give, buy, share, attend, serve, etc.
Sparkly Client Stories
Challenge: A story that must ring true. A roster of writers on 3 continents we didn’t employ but needed. How do you align cultural creatives without forcing a script?
Solution: Make the invitation irresistible! Part casting call, part brand brief, this digital invitation immersed travel writers in West Hollywood’s rebellious, edgy-but-not-insane, rules-optional spirit. More than a destination guide, we gave creators the feel of WeHo without a script, so they could tell its (brand-aligned) story authentically, in their own voices.

Challenge: How do you educate and motivate 28K+ nurses worldwide about a single clinical practice model to deliver care on land, sea, and in the air?
Solution: Win hearts and minds. Our documentary brought the Joint Professional Practice Model to life as the next evolution in care during a global Nurses Week event. The online screening was co-promoted with The National Museum of Health & Medicine, and the TriService Nursing Research Program at Uniformed Services University.

Challenge: When the Executive Director aimed to introduce the gold-standard of credentialing and accreditation programs overseas, we wondered how much of the rigorous, costly, and complicated standards, workflows, and documentation from the U.S. to present across the borders and cultures of the Middle East?
Solution: We told a simple human story of trust, quality, and better care for the public. Anchored by a multilingual tagline — ANCC Means Confidence — messaging featured a flagship infographic showing how the programs work together to strengthen health systems and public health.
