We review your health concerns, medical history, current medications and supplements, and lifestyle patterns. You gain clarity about:

A written plan details the options you commit to implement along with helpful resources and an online pharmacy for high-quality supplements (if needed). We meet for two appointments via phone or Zoom: one to discuss findings plus a Follow-through Session to advance your progress.

These sessions hold you accountable to goals while creating new healthy habits and reversing unhealthy patterns. We revisit your motivations and build on what’s working. You’ll gain perspective on the stages of change as well as resources to support you along the way. We conduct reassessments and adjust your food plan and or lifestyle protocol as needed. We meet by phone or Zoom at regular intervals (weekly, biweekly, monthly) to identify and resolve obstacles, plan for special events (travel, holidays, parties, etc.), adjust your protocol as needed, and refresh motivation.
Implementing small changes consistently is the most sustainable way to optimal health. Keep in mind, we’re going for progress, not perfection. Information is not enough to change behavior. It’s common to hit inner and outer obstacles when implementing new behaviors, even desirable changes.
